Updating Account Information

How do I update my account information in AutoAdvise?

To update your shop’s name, address, phone number or website go to the Shop Contact Information page in the Administration menu.

To update your main contact or password go to the My Log In Information page under the Administration menu.

Creating and updating your AutoAdvise shop profile

The Edit Shop Profile page in the Administration menu allows you to update all of your profile information for customers to review. To further enhance your AutoAdvise shop profile add custom warranty, certification, specialty and ammenity information.

Go to View Shop Profile to see how your profile will look to potential customers.
 
Billing Information

Managing your billing information

Since there are no membership or subscription fees to be a part of AutoAdvise, credit card information is only required once you’re ready to submit your first proposal. If you skipped the billing information step in the registration process, you’ll need to enter your credit card information in the Billing Information screen in the Administration menu.

Credit card information can be added, removed or updated at any time.

Note: All information is kept secure and never shared with outside parties.
