Troubleshooting
Checking for available jobs
Available jobs are shown on the
Active Jobs
screen under the "My shop listed for the following jobs" and "My shop not yet listed for the following jobs" sections. The first section includes jobs for which your shop has been AutoListed or submitted proposals for. The second sections shows available jobs that your shop isn't listed for yet.
The year, make and model of each vehicle is shown with a link to view additional information including photos and the estimate, when available.
The
Adjust Mile Radius
dropdown list can be used to expand or narrow the search radius as desired.
Note:
If no jobs are found, the following message will be displayed: “There are no jobs currently available at this time in your zip code range.”
