How it works

AutoAdvise is an open repair program where we market your services and the owner chooses their repair shop online. The program brings non-DRP related insurance claims straight to you from the insurance carrier while introducing your shop to the vehicle owner.

Review the photos and damage lines from the estimate, submit proposals on jobs you can perform and receive feedback based on customer experience once a repair is complete. Getting positive feedback from customers can lead to more work coming through your shop doors.

Vehicle owners can review a list of shops in their area who have already seen their photos and damage appraisal and who are interested in completing their repairs.  Owners can compare shop warranties, certifications, amenities and feedback to select the shop that best meets their needs.  Once the repairs are complete the owner leaves feedback for the shop, which in turn helps other vehicle owners choose a shop for their repairs.

Insurance carriers are always looking for new ways to keep their customers happy.  Using AutoAdvise to help vehicle owners through the repair process increases customer satisfaction and retention for the carriers. Several major insurance carriers are already offering AutoAdvise to their customers and new carriers are joining the program every month.
